FUNCTIONAL SUMMARY
Constructed over 45 large scale apartment, condominium complexes, 15 custom homes, all starting with post and beam to fascia board, and trim work.
Managed a smq. v all team of 5 to recover 15,000 sq. ft. of retail space inside Next Adventure Sports, hat track into lathe and plaster, with two layers of ½” drywall.
Remodeled a turn of the century home by framing two bdrms, laundry rm, doggy bath, and family room with a wet bar in an open basement. Bathroom addition to the third story master bdrm. Repaired lathe and plaster walls smooth texture and 1600 sq.ft. Of new drywall, tape and texture, installed tile and hardwood floors throughout, new cabinetry and windows.
Routine maintenance and construction a traveling route with a company van of 23 growing properties, exterior and interior. Lighting, painting, dry rot repair, leak detection and repair. After hours on call status maintaining a flawless record.
Assembled 47 Trac Rite metal roll up door storage units at 50 sq.ft. each.
Supervised a 2 man team including self at 173 unit complex, responsible for monthly budget, ordering supplies, tools, through a PO system, 30 days out. Getting vendor bids, contract signing, job completion, 24 hour or less resident work order response, vacant unit turns(paint,mnt), punch lists, on-call status, pool and spa care.
