I am a board certified (ABIM) general internist with 34 years of post residency training practice experience. My background work experiences have generally been in adult primary care outpatient settings, however, I also have experience in urgent care and emergency medicine. I have sub-specialized in HIV medicine since 1992, caring for patients with HIV/AIDS at clinics operated by public health departments in Philadelphia and Palm Beach County, Florida.
I recently retired from the Philadelphia Dept. of Public Health after 20 years of employment. I am currently looking for part-time employment but I am open to considering full-time temporary opportunities.
I was born and raised in Chester County, PA, about an hour from Philadelphia and I attended Coatesville High School. My interests outside of my profession include regular swimming with a local masters swim team. I like to garden and I maintain a 155 gallon salt water aquarium.
Initial year was a transitional internship during which I completed enough medicine rotations to count toward fulfilling the internal medicine residency.
