• Classify, code, process, store, retrieve, and preserve or destroy records.
• Maintain positive customer relations through customer service.
• Maintain an organized inventory, directory, or index of all records.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality by securing records.
• Establish and maintained effective working relationships with department customers and staff.
• Support to workers, in information and the processing of permits.
