As a Rural Carrier Associate (RCA) for the United States Postal Service, I sort, case, and sequence daily mail and packages for prompt delivery along assigned rural routes according to strict schedules. I operate postal and personal delivery vehicles safely across diverse traffic and extreme weather conditions while strictly adhering to safety and heavy-lifting protocols for parcels weighing up to 70 lbs. Responsible for handling accountable, certified, and COD mail, I accurately process payment transactions and collect required customer signatures. Additionally, I deliver exceptional customer service by selling postal products, handling route inquiries, and maintaining accurate route logs, inspection reports, and strict mail security at all times.

Responsible for assembling automotive components according to engineering blueprints, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and daily production targets. Performs quality assurance by visually inspecting finished parts and utilizing basic measuring tools, such as calipers and gauges, to identify defects, trace non-conformance, and ensure full compliance with quality standards. Manages material handling by loading raw materials or sub-components into production equipment, sorting finished parts, and accurately logging completed units and scrap counts. Ensures adherence to plant environmental, health, and safety protocols—including proper PPE usage—while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace following 5S principles.

In this fast-paced Robotic welding position I learned many positions by being flexible and a quick learner. I was able to inspect, assemble and sometimes re-work various metals both before and after welding while keeping accurate paperwork for production numbers and quality purposes. Some job duties also include light maintenance to keep cell in proper working order to achieve quality parts and minimal downtime.
