- Assisted Senior Sales Project Manager in managing projects from inception to completion for Commercial Flooring Projects.
- Acted as point of contact for customers, vendors, suppliers, engineers, construction supervisors, subcontractors, and all related project teams.
- Evaluated and reviewed contracts, site plans, drawings, and RFIs.
- Created and distributed submittals, close outs, and all project documentation
- Worked on take offs and punch lists.
- Created purchase orders & change orders, tracked project budget, worked with accounting department on customer accounts & payments, and distributed Invoices.
- Actively tracked schedules and time lines as well as ETAs of materials.
