  • As a Financial Representative you are on an 18 month program to become a Branch Manager. Before I left NC I was training 2 other new Branch Managers on how to do their job. I have obtained Loan officer and Life and Health license. My position has a wide range of tasks that include discussing mortgages, taking mortgage applications, reviewing credit, running mortgage proposals, quotes, loans, and preparing all loan documents for attorney closing. I am knowledgeable in RESPAS, TILA, and all other aspects of mortgages, such as running mortgage quotes and compiling rate based on credit information and amount requested. I take the application, review the credit information, verify the customers information (ex.job, employment), and make a decision based on those items. I also review and discuss all the legal documents with the customer before presenting them with the loan check. Another aspect of my job is making collection calls and field calling. I make daily collection calls, go to customers homes to collect money or inspect security on the loan for repossession, or make payment arrangements with customers. I also deal with any customer complaints that come through the door or over the phone.

Had to run numerous reports and send daily updates to clients on call center performance. Had to learn how to raise the cost to our clients, by making more Revenue Per Hour, making them a substantial amount more money. When I started on Maytag, which was the client, the Revenue Per Hour was $178.34, and I raised that Revenue Per Hour to $303.28, for which Maytag gave ACCENT more business. For this I received an Outstanding Achievement award from my company for Exceptional Performance.
