In my current role as a Team Leader, I have gained a lot of experience and made significant progress. I have learned to use Inova software to operate the slicer, including adjusting settings for cutting and portion control to ensure efficient operation. I am continuously growing in my department and striving for perfection while collaborating with Marel to enhance our system. Additionally, I have experience using Quantel and Excel to enter and track daily reports for upper management. Throughout my journey, I have developed leadership skills that enable me to work effectively with diverse groups of people. My experience includes problem-solving and minimizing downtime as much as possible. I have also learned how to work through challenges in the checkpoint area and operate Honeywell and Zebra scanners. I am committed in improving the accuracy of our AXIN Report. As a Safety Captain in my department, I help maintain a safe environment. I attend safety meetings, conduct safety inspections, and follow safety protocols and procedures.

I have over seven years of experience in steak cutting. I have refined my skills in preparing high-quality cuts to exacting weight, thickness, and quality standards. I am good at maintaining my knife sharp, keeping accurate pounds and yields, ensuring efficiency and consistency in my work.

In my previous position, I was responsible for various essential duties, including taking patients' vital signs, assisting them with dressing and bathing, and maintaining accurate records in a database. This experience has equipped me with strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care, which I believe are vital for success in the healthcare industry. I was also responsible for practicing strictly HIPPA, and Safety protocols.

I worked closely with my team to efficiently take on packaging tasks. I was responsible for packaging, labeling, and inspecting each item, conducting thorough checks on products before they were packaged to ensure that only the highest quality goods were sent to our customers. Additionally, I actively participated in setting up the Mulivacs to ensure that we were ready to start our shift.

• In my previous role, I was primarily responsible for contacting individuals to schedule appointments for blood donation events. I documented the information provided by potential donors and ensured that they received all necessary details about the locations and times of our events. Additionally, I handled rescheduling appointments and addressed any inquiries or concerns that donors had, always striving to provide exceptional service.
