Designed and developed part of Cleartrip's Hotels' Booking platform and end-to-end Cleartrip's Hotels' Meta Platform to power Cleartrip's hotels on meta partners like Google hotel centre etc.
Developed Flipkart Flights' Booking Platform (Microservices and platforms including High level and Low-level Design) in collaboration with multiple stakeholders and companies - Flights became the 6th largest category in Flipkart within 1 month of launch (and the success of the Flights category led to Flipkart acquiring Cleartrip).
Designed and developed the platform to enable users to search and book ﬂights on Flipkart where the platform includes Search Component, Checkout for Orchestration Between Promise-Payment-OMS, Powering coupons, Communication, Enabling Super coins' for Flights, Flights Orders' Survey etc.
Designed and developed the reliable and highly Scalable Chat Platform from scratch which handles 1 Mn+ concurrent chats to enable multiple types of real-time cross-platform communication which are being used for chatbot, Flipkart customer support chat and Seller/Brand chat.
Developed AI-based Chatbot and Multi-tenant framework for Machine Learning-based Contextual conversation Having Natural Language Understanding With Intent Classification And Entity Extraction launched as Mobiles' Shopping Assistant which led to 19%+ conversion for mobiles category who interacted with Mobiles Shopping Assistant with 80%+ customer satisfaction.
Designed and developed a Multi-tenant Flipkart Side Chat Client to enable external brand experts and agents from the Flipkart side to chat with customers. This is being used by multiple business teams like Furniture, Large Appliances, etc., to help them resolve customer queries and pre-order with a 40%+ conversion ratio.
Mentored 5+ software engineers (SDE-1s and SDE-2s) to transit into roles and succeed.
