With over 17 years of experience in dentistry, I’ve developed not only clinical excellence, but also strong leadership and managerial capabilities that allow me to support and enhance every aspect of a practice’s success.

Throughout my career, I’ve owned and operated multiple dental offices, which has given me a deep understanding of the operational side of dentistry: staff coordination, patient flow, inventory management, and strategic planning. I take pride in building teams, leading with empathy, and creating systems that promote both efficiency and a positive work environment.

Whether working with children or adults, I prioritize trust, comfort, and communication, helping patients feel at ease and cared for. I understand that the success of a practice depends on both excellent treatment and effective management, and I strive to contribute meaningfully to both.
