Description : Global Supply Chain is responsible for the end to-end global supply chain that ensures uninterrupted supply of Gilead’s clinical and commercial product portfolio. This application aims to modify schedule for drug manufacturing, taking into account seasonal fluctuations, market trends, and unforeseen events. Each drug product may be manufactured at various sites and lots.
Applications:
- Canvas application facilitates change requests by allowing users to input details for desired products.
- Submitted requests undergo review by assessment team, which can negotiate manufacturing timelines and quantities with requesting team.
- In case of escalations, managers intervene to establish middle ground between requester and assessor.
- Requestors can manage their requests within application, which also features embedded reports and dashboards.
Project Name : Sharepoint 2013 to SPO Migration

Description :
- This project involves migrating existing SharePoint 2013 environment to SharePoint Online, leveraging benefits of cloud-based platform. Migration aims to enhance collaboration, improve scalability, and take advantage of latest features and security measures offered by SharePoint Online.
- Created CSOM and PowerShell scripts to extract comprehensive information from existing inventory, aiming to gain insights into developments and content spanning last five years on current platform.
- Every subsite from SharePoint 2013 has been established as individual site collection in SharePoint Online (SPO), resulting in creation of 281 site collections in SPO. Sharegate was employed to migrate total of 108,405 lists and 63,433 libraries.
- To adapt customizations(webparts, script injections), Power Automate and Power Apps were utilized for redevelopment in SharePoint Online environment.
- Project was carried out through various stages, including planning, pre-migration preparations, data migration, customization and security, as well as user training and deployment.
Project Name : FPD R&D Inventory Management

Description : The Drug Product Pilot Plant (DPPP), supports all technical phases of formulation development including R&D materials management. The R&D Inventory Management system is employed for the oversight of materials utilized in placebo manufacturing. Materials are housed in barrels, each linked to barcodes containing unique information about their contents and location.
Application :
- This application offers comprehensive view of 600 materials that can be both checked out and returned.
- Application records quantity of materials used, and users can add, modify, and print material details.
- Reminders to Check in the materials.
- Material transactions are restricted to warehouse machine, where users employ barcode scanners for check-in and check-out processes.
- Admins have access to comprehensive reports, including transactions from past 30 days, updates on material information from last 180 days, and details on materials aged 2 years or older.

Description : Analytical Development and Operations (ADO) is responsible for end-to-end analytical method development and marketing applications. This Inventory Management application serves the purpose of reserving instruments for research.
Application :
- Users can view list of all available instruments and access calendar displaying reservations.
- Application provides information on overlapping instrument reservations for selected timeframe during reservation process.
- Users have flexibility to manage their requests by editing or promptly ending reservations once their work is completed.
- Managerial reports provide insights into adding more instruments of high usage categories and also display information on instruments frequently undergoing maintenance.
- Application hosts over 1000 instruments.
Project Name : Travel Request Management

Description :
- Travel request management application facilitates entire request management cycle and is constructed using Power Apps canvas application.
- Within application, requester can initiate and oversee requests.
- Following request initiation, it undergoes approval cycle, during which manager has ability to negotiate timelines and other request details.
- Negotiations between manager and user can occur multiple times. Upon approval, acknowledgment emails are automatically triggered.
- Users receive trip report submission prompt on final day of trip.
- Application consists of five screens, including request-raising form, request management screen, approval screen, trip report submission, and comprehensive view of all completed trips.
