As a leasing professional, I am responsible for a wide range of duties including assisting in the creation of leases, ensuring a smooth and welcoming move-in process for new residents, and actively working on resident retention through excellent customer service and prompt follow-up. I diligently follow all incoming leads to schedule and conduct tours, aiming to convert prospects into residents. In addition to leasing tasks, I complete key administrative responsibilities such as processing transfers and roommate removals. I also oversee vacant unit checks and ensure that all apartments meet the ownership’s standards for quality and presentation. My strong commitment to maintaining a high level of customer service and operational efficiency contributes to the overall success of the community. I worked at The gallery Apartments until The Ranch on paluxy was acquired by BH Management and was asked to transfer for the new property takeover.
I worked as a team member of a 2 person team who’s main responsibility was to promote our fundraiser for the specific school we were assigned too. I spoke to classes of 20 elementary level students at a time throughout the school week. I was also in charge of inventory of prizes or any special events supplies needed for the school.
The duty of a radio operator is to set up and monitor the lines of communication between other marines. The job included the accountability of all gear of radios and antennas from physically counting to the transfer of that data to Microsoft software documents.
