• Assist with Nurse Leader rounding on all patients daily with putting discharging patients the priority to see first

• Assists Director in employee engagement through employee rounding and actively addressing concerns and complaints of staff

• In collaboration with the Director, monitors staff attendance and tardies with disciplinary action per policy where appropriate
