Work History

Sr. Project Manager

Neovance (Covance/LabCorp/Fortrea)
08.2016 - Current
  • In this role, I spearhead the launch of pharmaceutical products post-FDA approval, managing CRM platform integration, and program setup. The CRM supports 22 clients, 32 programs, 144 products, and 14 services, and is used by 1,000 users. Programs leverage real-time and batch interfaces, eService portals (patient, HCP, FRM, and nurse), and data analytics (over 400 dashboards).
  • In 2023 – 2024, I managed a $3 million project to lift and shift a 20-year-old, highly customized CRM application that is out of support from an on-premises environment in one company to a cloud solution in a different organization.
  • Managing the efforts required for integration with additional technologies – RedShield for security controls and virtual patching, and LoadRunner for performance testing.
  • The project required collaboration across numerous business groups, including an external transition management office, the selling and receiving companies, and internal IT/Operations teams.
  • Three days into our hypercare period, the application was steady, with no open defects – a testament to our commitment to quality.
  • The project demanded continuous communication with the CIO and VPs, as well as collaboration with C-suite executives, to ensure alignment and swift resolution of issues.
  • In 2020, I led the transition of LabCorp’s specialty pharmacy vendors with a singular goal of minimizing disruptions to patient care.
  • The project included data transfer plans, data integrity validation, workflow design, staff training material development, a go-live strategy, and transition support.
  • Initially slated for a six-month timeline, delays in the vendor selection process, coupled with the need to meet the deadline set by the expiration of the current vendor's contract, pressurized our schedule.
  • In 2016, our largest program faced ongoing challenges with missed SLAs, making it difficult to stabilize staffing levels for call center operations, and leading to client dissatisfaction.
  • I took the initiative to collaborate closely with the technical team, facilitating brainstorming sessions to refine our solution.
  • After solidifying the design, I presented it to the client for approval.
  • Once authorized, I planned the project and coordinated efforts to ensure timely delivery by year-end, ultimately finishing two weeks ahead of schedule.
  • This initiative resulted in notable improvements: a 3% increase in inbound call quality, a 4.5% rise in call capture rates, a 3-second reduction in speed to answer, and a 22-second decrease in inbound handle time within months of implementation.
  • The success of the project was acknowledged by both the Covance Acting General Manager/Vice President of Client Management, and the Client’s President in 2017.
