  • Provided day-to-day management & oversight of all construction-related activities.
  • Reviewed the quality of work in-place to ensure contract documents and schedule are being adhered to.
  • Lead issue resolution during construction by collaborating with internal development/design teams, design consultants and contractors to facilitate approvals
  • Managed third-party inspection agencies and design consultants during construction.
  • Interfaced with condo buyers (clients) and drove coordination of requested customizations with clients, sales team, contractor, vendors and design team. Coordination included assisting clients with conceptualizing and developing custom design requests, soliciting and reviewing costs from contractors/vendors, preparing pricing for buyers, releasing customizations/upgrades in the field and managing design team for updates on design documents for field use and permit amendments.
