  • Managed phone and email correspondence and handled incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
  • Screened clients to see if we could provide services for them whiles also pairing them with a suitable therapist.
  • Created patient profiles using DR. Cloud EHR system and ensured all documents and polices were uploaded and up to date.

  • Supervise and lead a platoon of 12 soldiers; maintaining physical and mental health, welfare, and combat readiness for each individual.
  • Enforce technical and tactical training standards to accomplish unit mission objectives.
  • Conducted personal and professional counseling, routine inspections and physical fitness tests.
  • Developed and implemented plans to reduce risk to personnel and equipment during tactical operations.
  • I attend drill one weekend a month and for three weeks in the summer.
