- Supervise and lead a platoon of 12 soldiers; maintaining physical and mental health, welfare, and combat readiness for each individual.
- Enforce technical and tactical training standards to accomplish unit mission objectives.
- Conducted personal and professional counseling, routine inspections and physical fitness tests.
- Developed and implemented plans to reduce risk to personnel and equipment during tactical operations.
- I attend drill one weekend a month and for three weeks in the summer.
