Product & Operations Lead, Exoserva — KKC's AI-native operations product; scope from October 2024.

I have worked full-time as a KKC co-owner/operator since June 2023, across the Bay Area field-service business and the operating systems behind it.

• Own business-side workflows and controls across lead intake, pricing, capacity, scheduling, delivery, invoicing and payment-state interpretation.
• Coordinate customers, technicians, vendors and product contributors across a physical-service operating system.
• Helped isolate a 295-item Ready-to-Invoice queue from current billing and AR decisions after cutover validation showed mixed historical/test/stale state made the eligibility predicate unreliable; durable repair remained a separate engineering and acceptance dependency.
• Translate field-service workflows into Exoserva product requirements, domain decisions, lifecycle rules and acceptance criteria.
• Define QA/UAT and release gates, separating shipped state from adoption, revenue and business outcomes.
• Coordinate collaborator and AI-assisted implementation work while owning product/operations scope, review and acceptance.
• Helped drive Exoserva to a public iOS release in July 2026 through product scope, coordination, QA/UAT and acceptance.

Supported resident-facing work orders, preventive and corrective maintenance, vendor coordination, inventory, building systems and safety in a multifamily property environment.
