Ms. Hurskaya is a respected ESL (English as a second language) instructor whose remarkable achievements have set her apart in education. Her area of focus includes teaching English language to non-native speakers (SOC Code 25-3010).

Holding a bachelor’s degree in ESL teaching from the top linguistic university in Belarus, Minsk State Linguistic University [Exh.1], Ms. Hurskaya has been recognized as a leader in education by developing and implementing a unique English teaching methodology adopted among 3,056 students across 17 Belarusian educational institutions.
