I began reading when I was a freshman in college. I found myself reading a book by the name of the Coolest Winter Ever. From there I find myself reading books by Carl Weber(urban author) as well as self help books by Kimberly Roberson. The benefit that I get from reading is it allows mine to drift away to other places. I find myself becoming smarter, I'm able to meditate, fall asleep, and even listen to my favorite audio while moving around 

I believe when I read I become a happier person, I fall in love with the characters and I see that reading can prolong a persons life.
