  • Prepares and submits formal reports to Director at U.S. Department of Justice regarding management of PREA standards; reviews audit procedures and provides evaluation responses. Informs agency division heads of critical PREA issues, training needs or information updates.
  • Prepares formal reports and maintains documentation of notification to facilities and to appropriate investigative agency where sexual abuse occurred while confined at another facility within 72 hours of receiving alleged complaint
