Artist and Speaker Support: Conduct daily soundchecks with the camp musicians, program team, and speakers to dial in their monitor mixes and ensure they feel comfortable on stage
Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Keep the property’s AV gear clean, organized, and properly stored. You must quickly diagnose and fix audio issues under pressure, such as feedback, dead batteries, or faulty cables.
Media Collaboration: Coordinate with the camp Video Tech and Media team to ensure clean audio feeds are routed for videos, recordings, or camp recaps.
Turf and Lawn Care: Mowing grass, weed-eating, top-dressing, fertilizing, and aerating lawns.
Plant and Shrub Maintenance: Pruning shrubs, planting flowers, weeding beds, mulching, and applying approved herbicides or pest controls.
General Upkeep: Clearing debris from walkways, porches, and courts using blowers, managing property trash, and removing outdoor distractions to the guest experience.
Equipment Operation: Safely operating, fueling, and performing basic maintenance on mowers, utility vehicles, and hand tools. [1]
