I have held multiple positions in my tenure, starting as a branch CS supervisor in 2012. Early 2014, I was promoted to CS Manager, absorbing all islands in Hawaii. In 2015 I became part of the national migration and worked to develop what is known today as ARC (Apria Resolution Center). Below highlights a synopsis of experiences within my APRIA tenure:
