1. Enter and manage product inventory in Quickbooks

2. Process payments, generate sales invoices and maintain weekly sales book keeping

3. Assist in customer inquiries and packaging of processed merchandise for shipping

4. Deliver high level customer service and maintain operational standards

• Assisted with guest services and event coordination for the special events and annual festivals
• Maintained clean, neat, and operational facilities to serve program needs.
• Used strong interpersonal communication skills to influence others by sharing helpful information
• Supported engaging, fun, and smooth-running events by helping with organization and planning. E.g: crowd control, serving food, welcoming newcomers, assiting in cooking, and etc.
