I am an experienced policy professional specialized in innovation management, digital transformation and international collaboration. Working as an Advisor to the Prime Minister, I managed projects in public administration reform, citizen-centric digitalization, and establishment of innovation and research infrastructure. During COVID-19 crisis, I reported directly to the President of Serbia in regard to all the vaccination campagne activities. In the position of State Secretary at the Ministry of Science, Technological Development, and Innovation, I led strategic frameworks enhancing research excellence and technological advancement, while promoting new country's initiatives within international organizations. Academically, I am pursuing a PhD focused on digital literacy of adults. My multidisciplinary background equips me to effectively bridge policy-making with research, driving impactful solutions that support sustainable development and technological innovation.

- As the State Secretary I was responsible to lead the development of national science and innovation system.
- I actively participated in shaping and implementing strategic frameworks to strengthen research excellence and technological advancement.
- My responsibilities included creating mechanisms to evaluate the performance of researchers, introducing systemic reforms to improve research career progression and supporting policy instruments that incentivize talent development and international competitiveness in science.
- One of my key contributions was development of a national digital portal eScience, a comprehensive repository of scientific outputs of all researchers in the country which enabled transparency, accessibility and data-driven policy.
- I have also promoted the establishment and funding of innovation incubators at universities aimed to accelerate knowledge transfer from academia to industry.
