17g5 Redesign

• Redesigned monolithic spring-based application into microservices architecture, making it highly resilient and available application.
• APIs are converted into microservices architecture using 12-factor application principles.
• Redesigned UI using React, deployed to S3 bucket and replicated to DR region.
• APIs are deployed onto EKS cluster to enable resilience, and deployed into DR region for high availability.
• Traffic to application is routed via CloudFront to enable caching of static content to nearest edge location and to get low latency of backend API traffic.
