As the Premier Men’s Lacrosse League for the East Bay Area, the Golden State Stars looks to allow adults to continue their lacrosse careers by participating in summer league.

As a Co-Founder, I worked with USA lacrosse to integrate our club with their system. This allows us to receive liability insurance directly through USA lacrosse, as well as utilization of their Roster Management tool.

In order to raise funds for team startup costs, I ran a social fundraiser and had meetings with companies for sponsorships, securing startup funds from a sponsor as well.

As Director, I oversee all events such as tryouts, scrimmages, tournaments, and team activities. I work on a team of 2 to thoroughly evaluate players and create rosters and game plans/strategies.

On the field as a captain, I lead the team and work with my teammates to come up with plays and maximize each player’s abilities.

Work with youth ages 8-16 to develop basic understanding of programming. Concepts begin from scratch and block coding methods and develop into deeper numerical methods in languages such as Python, C#, and Java.

I ensure students understand not only what they are writing, but the concepts behind their program and how this will develop in the future.

I work with head coach and New York Atlas player Will Mark in discussing possible opportunities for growth within our program and social media. Along with team mom Traci Varanini, I assist with the overall game operations and support players and coaches both on and off the field. Will and I brainstorm concepts for outreach in order to maximize turnout and support for the program.

I handle the filming and distribution of game film, working with HUDL assist for analysis of our games.

Working with coaches and players to highlight moments in practice and create a weekly upload schedule for social media. Planned weekly to properly express our team through media.

Research and analysis on competing teams and creation of scout reports for upcoming games.

I work with JV and Varsity in assisting drills, reps, and supporting individual players. I work directly with the FaceOff Specialists from both teams in progressing their skills.

In this full-time residential role, I mentor high school students as they navigate college-level courses and life on Harvard campus. I’ll help foster an inclusive and supportive dorm community, lead social and academic programming, and work closely with Harvard staff to ensure a safe, engaging, and memorable summer experience. I spend free time volunteering within the activity coordination office, working around Harvard campus, and engaging with other aspects of Harvard community life.

Nurtured the customer connection through the efficient and articulate craft of beverages. Maintained respect and collective spirit with my partners through stressful and difficult situations.

I work directly with the CEO and office personnel in assisting with any and all day to day operations. From sales, inventory management, or finances to shipping, receiving, and logistics I oversee the entire operation from sale to ship.

I work hands on with office programs developing valuable experience in business operations and development.

Maintain and refurbish vintage as well as new timepieces of several luxury watch brands. Assemble, disassemble, and clean the timepieces and replace any parts that may be damaged. Undergo daily inspections of inventory.

Learned valuable skills of office management, business economics, and management.
