Upon review, discovered a critical error by a previous engineer — several structural columns were misaligned by 10 cm from their approved positions.

Coordinated with structural consultants and municipal authorities to assess the structural impact and design corrective measures.

Implemented on-site rectification by realigning reinforcement and adjusting beam layouts, restoring code compliance without compromising building integrity.

Successfully documented corrective actions and secured re-approval from inspectors.

Encountered difficulties with authorities during approval stages, as deviations from original drawings required justification and redesign approval. Managed this by preparing detailed technical reports, conducting joint site inspections, and maintaining transparent communication with regulators.

Faced delays in MEP installation due to subcontractor miscommunication and scope overlaps. Resolved this by initiating weekly coordination meetings, issuing revised schedules, and maintaining strict documentation controls.
