I helped some children from Sudan to do their homework after school. We read some books together and solve some problems. I could get some skills to enhance their motivations without telling answers. I gave some hints and some tools to do their homework with simple explanation.

I worked as a tutor at a cram school for high school students who want to enter universities. I sometimes talked with some students and we created schedules of their study. Some students ask me about how to decide the universities and how to study of some subjects. I got some skills that listen to their ideas carefully, and figure out their seeking. I respected the students and made more communications with them.
