Review and approve all Architecture designs, RFPs, material submittals for projects under construction through the whole building life cycle from start to total completion and handover. with a value exceeding 9 billion QAR (3 billion USD)
• Project management - Project management of construction projects with a value exceeding 9 billion QAR (3 billion USD), Building 8 new buildings for Qatar University, managing the main contractor, consultants, sub-contractors till project completion. Starting from gathering client requirements, Hiring Architecture consultant and finalizing design of project, full construction package and BOQ to tender for construction. Tender management and evaluation, appointing main contractor and supervising till project completion. Over 2 million Sq. ft of full construction of educational , sports and events , office space
• Manage the TIS and transportation plan of the university.

• Asset management - Extensive experience property and facilities management for a multinational organization, retail design and project management for large-scale rollouts.
