My name is Walker, I am 20 years old pursuing my career in Diesel Mechanics. I chose a career path that im very interested and passionate about. I am from Tigerville, SC in the northern part of Greenville County. From an early age I had a very high interest in mechanics and turning wrenches. From having fun "Hot Rodding" to finding and fixing problems on farm equipment and semi trucks, I enjoy figuring out problems and getting past them. I grew up working as a farm hand and quickly turned into the mechanic for the heavy farm equipment. After High School I decided to go to Greenville Technical College to pursue a certificate in Diesel Equipment Mechanics. After completing my courses, I was hired by Penske Truck Leasing in Spartanburg and that is where I am currently employed at. I have worked at Penske since March of 2024. I am now looking to move from Trucking into Heavy Equipment.
