• Implemented and trained physicians and clinical staff on Centricity Perioperative Manager and Centricity Perioperative Anesthesia Products in surgical and ambulatory care areas.
• Developed and maintained new tools and documents to advance the training and implementation practices for internal teams and external customers.

Erlanger Health System: A non-profit academic teaching hospital associated with the University of Tennessee College of Medicine and comprised of five medical campuses.

• Reporting directly to the hospital administrator, supervised all daily operations of the department including support for a physician and 7 additional FTE's.
• Oversaw all aspects of the conversion from dental practice to medical practice and managed operating budget of over $400K.
• Supported a pediatric dental practice of more than 2,000 patients annually.
• Promoted excellent customer service as the liaison between the local school system, hospital and Ronald McDonald House.
• Negotiated hospital and Medicaid contracts for dental services.

• Supervised a clinical staff of 6 Certified Child Life Specialists and managed daily operations of the Child Life Department while maintaining own clinical practice as a Certified Child Life Specialist.
