Avionics Department Maintenance/Production Control Manager/ Funeral Coordinator

  • Conducted periodic maintenance on test equipment, Mobile facilities and support equipment
  • Inspected all work conducted and made final inspections on equipment before being placed on the aircraft
  • Furthermore, served as 600 Division's Hazmat Primary, conducted weekly hazmat inspections, as well as, conducted training to both Marines and Sailors on the proper use of personal protective equipment when handling various Hazard Materials
  • Updated Safety Data Sheets for the Division's (SDS) Hazmat and gave training on how to use said Safety Data Sheets
  • As Battery Safety Manager, provided quarterly and annual Battery Safety training and drills for Lead Acid, Nickel Cadmium, and Lithium Batteries
  • Certified three Marines as battery technicians
  • Charged and maintained aircraft/ support equipment batteries for various squadrons.
