Have been employed in the Welding Field for over twenty (20) years. Introduction to welding would have started at Youth Training and Employment Partnership Programme (YTEPP) in the year 1999. During time at YTEPP, would have acquired both theoretical and hands-on training which would have led to commitment and drive to further myself in this industry. Have spent more almost half of tenure in this industry educating young minds about the trade as a Welding Instructor. More than half of tenure would have been spent on the field doing active welding and supervising.
