Directed flatbed 18 wheeler into shop, used 50 ton overhead crane to remove heat exchanger bundle from truck. Placed bundle into test bench to be tested. Used tape measure to take measurement of tube sheet to choose proper testing cover. Put job on hydro-test to determine next step to repair. Used lay out prints supplied by engineering to layout baffle cuts , found 0 degrees on baffles from machine shop , made cuts using a cutting torch, cleaned baffles, assembled job, inserted tubes into bundle, filled out roll chart to figure out proper torque to be applied for hydro testing. If job passed inspection of QC, it was shrink wrapped and ready to be shipped.

Received work order from foreman , determined what job needed what type of abrasive and coating application. Applied those applications to grapple buckets an loaded buckets on flatbed truck for shipment. Also had to trouble shoot and repair equipment.
