I supervise behavioral health technicians in a mental health and drug rehab facility. This includes such duties as. Doing the payroll for my team. Making the schedule, approving PTO. Assign daily BHT duties. I also cover the units when we are short staffed. Having weekly one on ones with the BHTs. Implementing training. Making sure the BHTs are up on there relias training. I have also just completed my CDCA training and I am waiting for the state of OH to finish reviving my documents. I also order the meals for the units daily.

I was a field install tech. I did camera installs, wire pulls, card reader installs, fire strobe, and siren installs. Pulled fire loops, installed access control equipment. This was done under limited or no supervision. This was done in casinos, schools, banks, Gov buildings.

• Operated and maintained field equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Diagnosed and resolved technical issues in a timely manner, minimizing downtime for operations.

• Installation and service of IP camera systems and access control systems. This includes pulling wire, installing & programming cameras, setting IP addresses, installation of panels, key pads, card readers, request to exit devices, panic buttons, and panel cans, running conduit, putting in j-boxes for internal and external systems in banks and on ATM systems on civilian and government properties.

• Combined my field knowledge with my outstanding customer service skills to assist vendors with trouble shooting and fixing camera and security systems in both the commercial residential settings.

• Installation of new security systems in residential setting which included installation of contacts, motion detection, smoke & carbon monoxide detection, doorbell cameras, internal and external building cameras. Deployment of problem-solving skills to trouble shoot system failures to find and implement solutions to correct the problem. Used customer service skills to educate the customer on the operation of new or upgraded security system.

• Installation and service of smart home systems in residential and small business settings. Used customer service skills to educate the customer on all security systems operations, installation and accessing mobile applications for remote use of their security systems.

• Drove 26’ box truck making on time deliveries to customers. Delivered goods to both residential and commercial entities on a local level. Often made short hauls or over the road (OTR) product deliveries when needed. Supported company strategic plan for maximizing logistical routes and services to provide customer with the timeliest, customer friendly, delivery possible.

• Contracted position for local installation of lightning rods and cable from the rods to the ground, flash welded 12-foot copper rods that were buried into the ground to protect residential and commercial structures from lightening damage. Structures included homes, construction sites, military buildings, warehouses, industrial plants, and other erected structures. Handled heavy hand tools such as grinders, torches, flash welding equipment and many other hand tools. Worked at high altitudes in extreme temperatures while maintaining OSHA and NFPA safety standards and regulations.

• Open and closed retail center and assisted customers with scheduling mechanical services. Managed mechanic, tire technician, and sales representatives’ schedules while maintaining inventory of high-quality products. Assisted customers with identifying and building service plans to fit their needs and budget.
