Walter Kersting

As owner and operator of Walter’s Lawn Service, my job was to advertise and negotiate contracts and perform the services agreed upon. My main business was maintenance of grounds, mowing grass, patrolling gravel areas, pruning trees, repairing and maintaining sprinkler systems. I repaired my own equipment. I worked alone. I still do a little bit of that type of work. My FICO right now is at 820.

My job was to drive a 26 foot refrigerated truck with a GVW of 25950# on routes picking up food donations from grocery stores in the Phoenix Metro area for two food banks; St. Mary’s Food bank and United Food Bank.

The truck that I drove was a gift to my church by way of a grant written by St. Mary’s Food Bank whereby if we satisfy donation pick up accounts for three years we get the truck for free.
