As a Process Engineering Technician was working closely alongside with Engineers running Engineering Studies, Operations Qualification (OQ), Performance Qualification (PQ), and recording and verifying validated Parameters and processes outputs are within specified limits. Providing technical support to all projects and departments performing root cause analysis, to reduce downtime.

• Develop and provide support to the processes of fabrication and to improve processes that already exist. Analyze and collect data and ensure it’s accurate and relevant data and use it to improve the processes of the work environment.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions, support the implementation of new production equipment and technologies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide training and support to production staff on process-related matters, Ensure that all workers are fully compliant with all relevant safety rules and standards at all times Coordinate with the team at all times, maintaining clear and open lines of communication.

As a Process Technician, my responsibilities were to monitor the molding process and parameters to ensure effective production based on (CCL). Also, to identify and troubleshoot machine faults corresponding to my four M's, I've troubleshot tasks dealing with inconsistent material, faulty equipment, human error, and preventing defects from occurring while in production

• Monitored and adjusted process parameters, such as transfer position, injection pressure, melt temperature, shot size/cushion size, mold temperature, hold pressure, cooling time and cycle time.
• Performed dry ice blasting on stack molds and preventative maintenance on molding machines and auxiliary equipment and conducted thorough inspections of molds for any signs of wear or damage, on models Husky H1000 Hylectric, Husky 600 and EKW BMB's and automation with Unimat Robots

My duties as a JR tech was part of the production process was responsible for operating molding machinery, Set up, heat up, start up, troubleshoot, and adjust process settings on the injection molding and coating equipment per standard experienced with hydraulic and electric injection molding processes, working closely with Senior Technician and technical personnel

• Processing quality issues and ensuring process changes are logged as per procedure problem-solving skills and initiative to keep machine downtime to a minimum provided hands on participation assistance guidance, and leadership in all operational activities with the team, working with priorities set by the supervisor with minimal supervision.
• Reviewed work orders to determine specifications and calculate requirements for production runs.

As a Mold Setter was responsible for installing molds into molding machines and removing them when production runs are complete, ensuring proper alignment and clamping, responsible of completion of Mold Set-up Sheets also perform maintenance and minor repairs on molds PM and machines.

• Preformed mold changes on molding machines with hot runner control to ensure proper mold heat placemats on each cavity zones and preformed clamping die height on the machine according to mold
• Input parameters such as loading programs, injection pressure, temperature, injection speed, and cooling time into the machine control system calibrate the machine to ensure it operates within specified tolerances.

My duties and responsibilities were to inspect and test plastic molded parts conducting visual and measurement tests with gauges rejecting and returning unacceptable material and documenting inspection results, following standards and procedures Collaborating with production team to ensure quality part.

• Visually inspected products and material according to specifications to ensure stability and establish standards, using a variety of measuring instruments calipers micrometers and gauges prepared inspections reports and logs that show the details of all test preformed.
