I worked at Marketing consulting firm Third coast Events as account manager, where i started as entry level making my way to a promotion to Account Manager doing hiring processes, such as confirming interview appointments, executing second round interviews with multiple candidates on site or via ZOOM, analyzing possible candidates of all ages for the company/position, handling paperwork, resumes etc. Handling a team of 5 to 10 people of all ages where i will be coaching them, teaching and developing skill sets such as customer psychology, work ethic and marketing knowledge as well as sales skills.
