• Manage Lab System Interface SQA Tester group - staff of seven (facilitate One on One meetings and monthly LSI team meeting, write and execute annual employee reviews, address personnel issues, approve PTO).

• Manage software release records (over 400 in 2021) and processes for LPEA, including meeting facilitation, documentation verification and review, Azure DevOps and ServiceNow record oversight, business approval of changes, and confirmation of release documentation updates.
• Write and maintain standard operating procedures for Release Management.
• Adhere to, assist with and promote Software Lifecycle Management best practices and release process to align with business goals.
• Assist, educate and guide staff members concerning release procedures and SLM resource sites.
• Collaborate with ADO and Synchronization Engine teams to identify sync issues and process improvement.
• Manage simultaneous and multiple releases across various departments every week.

2009: DLMP MCL Communication Technology Specialists who performed SQA Testing under Mark Prondzinski's leadership, were merged into the Information Management - SQA department managed by Linda Both and Mark Welter.

• Continued to lead team and tasks that were performed in former department/position as Communication Technology Specialist - Lead.
• Successfully transitioned team and processes to new management and department structure.
