During the pandemic my mother got sick so I took on the role of being her caregiver. This developed into a part time job where I took care of her, took her to appointments, gave her the required medications, etc.

• My sister and I started a Salon named Illusion Beauty where I did the following and more:
• Recruited, interviewed and hired new staff members and developed training materials for employees.
• Implemented business strategies, increasing revenue, and effectively targeting new markets.
• Handled problematic customers and clients to assist lower-level employees and maintain excellent customer service.

I started at Macy's as a sales associate then got promoted to a Team Leader. As a team leader I pointed out inconsistencies to my upper management, monitored distribution of sales report, and instructed my field sales team on tasks that will give us the optimal leverage.
