I have over 25 years of healthcare experience. The first 10 years I was Cna, I learned basic knowledge of patient care. As LVN/ RN, my knowledge has expanded more indebt, while working 12 hour shifts , providing exceptional care in multiple healthcare settings. I coordinate with other healthcare team members to perform the nursing process and implementing evidence based practices.
