Accomplishments

  • Supervised team of 12 staff members between managing 2 stores.
  • Q2 MVP Champion for 2023. This accomplishment was achieved by accepting to be the District Leader's payroll assistant and taking on a second store. In this time the second store was at a score of 4 out of 10 on the KPI goals. By the end of Q2 I brought this store to a 6 while still maintaining an 8 out of 10 for my first store. SVA ( Supervisor Visit Assessment) visits went from a failing grade when I took it over (54%) to a 97% with me taking over this store while maintaining 100% visits at my first store.
  • Recruited 3 successful new managers within one year. 2 of which have moved on and now work at corporate.
