  • Managed emergency situations by initiating or participating in cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
  • Initially providing Co-Chief support to staff during transition of group from CAA to NAPA.

  • At this 235 bed facility in Pineville I initially joined the staff as part of the Heart Team after approximately one year became part of the Call Team staff providing anesthesia care to various specialties including pediatrics and non-operating room areas
  • Also providing emergency services after hours on units throughout the hospital
  • This facility housed a Nurse Anesthesia program from which I mentored students on a regular basis in the OR
  • As part of a clinical ladder project I became the Liaison between CRNA's and Anesthesia Tech's, taking a role of mentor and leader for the Anesthesia Technicians.
