•  Executed Direct imports of Products from around the world including Proteins, Fresh Produce and Ambient Food products.
•  Evaluate and monitor contract performance of items from preferred vendors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
•  Managing documentation of all product specifications and approved vendor and product lists.

    Achievements:

•   Developed Rice suppliers in India and Pakistan with introduction of new brand resulted in 2 $ million saving in Rice Category.
•    Saved Around $ 0.7 Million in importation of Frozen poultry products from Brazil in FY 2018.
  
•    Development of Local Vegetables and Fruits Through Supplier Development Program Resulted in 7% less wastage of fruits &vegetables in FY 2019.

Al Suwaidi Group provide specialized Industrial Services, Scaffolding Services, Crane Rental services and Catering & Accommodation to Oil & Gas.

• Responsible for purchase of materials more than 12 million $ annually.

• Dealing with clients like Samsung Arabia, Halliburton, Schlumberger, KCC, Al Rushaid, Baker Hughes, Anabeeb, Sabic, Maaden, Saudi Aramco. 

Achievements:

• Achieved more than 0.75 million Dollar Annually Savings in importing bananas from Ecuador, and oranges from South Africa.
  

• Achieved more than 0.50 million Dollar saving annually in waste management contracts in 2013 for all the company camps across the KSA.

•  Achieved more than 1.5 million Dollar annually negotiated savings in Frozen and dry.

• Implemented Blanket order Process for Fixed Prices products resulted in reduction of 20% less purchase orders.
