I have known Warren for 13 months through my tenure as a General Manager at Chipotle. From my experience Warren has demonstrated amazing attention to detail; he is punctual, honest, hard working and empathetic with guests and fellow coworkers.

My first recollection of Warren's dedication came early in our work relationship when he would be the only employee to stay later than scheduled after closing to help ensure the opening crew the next day had a clean store and could focus on their duties.
