Transported antiques and furnishings from Wolcott Colorado To Seiverville ,Tennesse to furnish a new rental lodge build , Blue Herring Lake Lodge 2022-2024. Delivered and Installed all television and stereo equipment and handyman install projects interior build out. Transported, installed and moved furnishings and set up for rental lodge completion.

• Build outdoor landscaping tree lined driveway, mulching, sod build, lighting, and manage and dispose of all outdoor construction debris from building large stone fireplace , decks, entrance pillars and fencing.

• Contributed to development, implementation and execution of maintenance programs at In and Out Aquariums.
• Procured pricing information from various vendors to support cost-effective purchasing and ordered parts as needed.
• Completed partial or full dismantling of equipment to quickly repair or replace defective components and restore functionality. I worked on large commercial aquariums and pond set ups and weekly maintenance from a very well established customer base at In and out in Naples Fl.
• I also had my own fish aquarium business for sales, repair maintenance and set up on line advertising and sales . I moved to Asheville, Nc 2021-2022 . I was also breeding plants and reptiles ,insects for feed, tree frog terrariums, and selling at shows and pet shops in town .

• Fabricated camera mounts and cases to capture images and protect equipment.

• I exceeded all sales records the store ever achieved, i opened and closed and worked 8.30 am to 7.30 pm 11 hour days .I was always early to work opened and closed the store and managed all stock keeping and bank transactions as I was the sole employee. the store was closed in march due to covid 19.
