As an assistant manager, I work to give customers the best experience possible while shopping. I maintain the company mission and values every day while providing TSC customers with legendary customer service. I am the direct supervisor of the receiver and the Operations team. I make sure the inventory levels stay correct, and we receive products, and stock them on the shelves efficiently. I also utilize my time very wisely, completing tasks and managing the store team, all while making sure our customers are getting that legendary customer service.

I worked my way up in the company from a stocker to a manager. In my roles there, I ordered store inventory, as well as perishable departments. I have conducted inventory in all departments of the store and completed weekly sales reports for the entire district. I made sure the stockers completed their tasks, as well as ensuring the store was in good shape for our customers. I also helped maintain currency in the office, as well as provide help with the registers and any other customer service needs.
