  • Resolved many product issues in quick period and found solutions for the problems which sometimes it is there in the new models through analyzing the issue and convince the customer with the solutions and handle the objections in the negotiations and compensate if it is required instead of returning products and loose the sales and customer.
  • Opened a new business unit in the organization in counter top fabrication to avoid loosing unsatisfied consumers due to delay in deliveries from our suppliers in and was able to make the operation hassel free due to perfect leading, organizing and differentiated.
