
I am a driven, motivated, and skillful Geospatial Engineering Warrant Officer with over 17 years of active duty experience in the Geospatial Engineering field. I a driven leader and dedicated Geospatial Engineering Technician. I am find solutions that enhance unit cohesion, improve mission command capabilities, and ensure Commanders can visualize the battlefield for informed decision-making. I promote collaboration, inclusion, and ownership within geospatial teams in high-tempo environments, while upholding high standards on geospatial products that influence pivotal decisions. Additionally I serve on the subcommittee for the drafted Geospatial Engineer Validation Strategy (GEVS) to provide feedback and lessons learn to validate Geospatial Engineers at multiple echelons. I take pride in the opportunities to give back to the Engineer Regiment and U.S Army.
Served as the 36th Engineer Brigade Geospatial Engineering Technician and Assistant Brigade S2. Advised Echelons Above Brigade (EAB) on Geospatial Engineering strategies and practices. Currently a key player in the Brigade's transition to a Division Engineer Brigade aligned to the currently ARSTRUC guidance.
Selected amongst six Geospatial Engineering Technicians to deploy to Europe with the 1st Cavalry Division in June 2024. As the only Geospatial Engineering Technician on the Division Staff, and having served on the Brigade staff, I established systems that bolstered how the staff sees the terrain. Served as the Division GEOINT CELL OIC from 2024-2025. In this position, I served as the primary advisor to the Division Commanding General, G2, and staff on all GEOINT and Terrain Analysis. I managed and supervised operations and products, logistical and maintenance. As the DIV GEOINT Cell OIC I honed my proficiency and mentored subordinate echelons in establishing efficient systems and processes to produce geospatial services in a timely and accurate manner.
GEOINT CELL OIC from 2022-2024. In this position, I served as the primary advisor to the BDE Commander and staff on all GEOINT and Terrain Analysis. I managed my section's operations and products, including logistics and maintenance. As the BDE GEOINT Cell OIC Established efficient systems and processes that enhanced timely and accurate production of geospatial services. Led GEOINT team through EUCOM AOR rotation, National Training Center (NTC) rotation 24-06, and Military Intelligence Training Strategy (MITS) certification to ensure mission readiness.
As an adept learner and skilled communicator, I possess the ability to effectively articulate geospatial problems to senior leaders. Most recently, I presented and defended the Capstone requirement for Geospatial Engineering Warrant Officer Intermediate Course (WOIC), where I developed innovative geospatial products for Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP). Through purpose and motivation I successfully obtained both my Associates degree and Bachelor's degree while serving on active duty. I have continued towards my Masters Degree and will present my capstone in December of 2026.
