Accomplishments

I completed a (3) month online course with Weill Cornell

I have received a certification in "HealthCare Management".

Looking back at my past work history; managing individuals. I honestly thought that I could not learn anything new because as a manager I had the "I've seen it all" attitude because I have managed and supervised since the age of 18. Taking this course has refreshed my perspective and have allowed me to develop a new managerial style. Completing this course has enlightened me in regard to developing a highly performing team; building morale and following up with team members to helping them grow with the company and more and having the understanding that a manager is as strong as his passion is to the company; not only knowing but demonstrating the mission statement in all that I do.
