Once I graduated high school in June of 2023, I had began working at Lowe's as a retail associate for the lumbar and building materials department. I currently still work here and had gotten the job to save for my car but to also be near what I wanted to pursue in my future which was working with the building materials that are in my department. In my time working at Lowes I have picked up small projects for customers who potentially needed an extra hand on completing at home. I have paved a few driveways, made small tables, and also pantries. Nothing to extreme but while I worked on these projects it made me realize more and more that I want to learn this craft more and potentially pursue it as a career.
